How Do Parents Influence Their Childrens Lives

    Since we are born and during our gestation, we are influenced and taught by many. This influence can have an effect on the way we respond to our problems and the way we are with other people. One of the most important influences we have in our lives is the one our parents give us, whether or not it is a good one. In To Kill a Mockingbird, there are two examples of the importance of our parents influence. Atticus Finch, the father of Jem Finch and Scout Finch, is a loving, caring and wise father. He is an example of how parents can have a positive influence on their children. Bob Ewell, the father of Mayella Ewell, is a drunk, unemployed and careless father. He is an example of how a parent can be a negative influence on their children. Parents can influence how their children behave, feel and act every day of their live.
