Anne Collins Diet
ABSTRACT
In this day and age, Texas has four cities of the fattest people. Sixty-one percent of Americans are either overweight or outright obese. Among children obesity has doubled in the past twenty years. Anne Collins Program concentrates on staying healthy to lose weight.
The guideline in the Anne Collin’s Program is a healthy calorie-controlled eating plan for life. The Food Guide Pyramid is followed in order to maintain good nutrition. The philosophy behind the Anne Collin’s diet is to help people loose weight by teaching them how to improve their eating habits. This Program starts off by teaching people what to purchase when grocery shopping. It also teaches you people how to improve cooking habits. A well-informed person may then make wise choices on their intake of calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, etc. for the rest of people’s life. This diet plan helps strengthen your heart and your immune system.
The Anne Collin’s Diet Plan does not include supplements. It does not include diet bars, ice-cream, or any other diet foods. All this diet plan suggests is to learn what and how much to eat of the proper foods. This is something people need to continue for the rest of their life and not just for
